Positive: It was clean and at suitable location
Negative: It was very hot and there was no water, milk, tea in the kitchen. Wifi never worked and shower door was keeping coming off. Second bed room was very small almost a box room. Bed was small and not very comfortable. For 180 pounds a night I would expect better space and facilities. Last time I stayed in Lieth in a proper two bed appartment and hoped this appartment will give us the same facilities.

Negative: We agreed with the owner that we would arrive at 2:00 PM, one hour before the official check-in time. Upon arrival, we were shocked by the condition of the apartment. As shown in the attached photos, it had clearly not been cleaned at all — there was dirt and mess everywhere.
I contacted the owner, and to be fair, he responded quickly. Initially, he suggested that the cleaning company had probably not had enough time to properly clean the apartment because of our early arrival. However, after I sent photos of the condition of the apartment, he immediately arranged for someone to come and clean it.
As a result, I had to leave the apartment without being able to refresh myself after a long journey, as it was too dirty to even unpack my suitcase comfortably. When I returned later that evening, the apartment had been cleaned, but that did not change the fact that I was unable to use it as intended upon arrival. For the price paid, I expected a much higher standard.
I am also disappointed that the owner did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience, as it significantly affected my stay. Booking.com attempted to contact the owner for an explanation, but they did not receive any response.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying in this apartment, especially considering the price. When paying this much, guests should be able to expect a clean apartment and a guaranteed level of comfort from the moment they arrive.

We enjoyed our stay and thought the apartment was nice. It was ideal for what we needed and if it had just been cooler,
Positive: Easy access and smart little apartment. Everything we needed for our one night stay and it was comfortable and convenient to where we needed to be.
Negative: The flat was very warm and one of the radiators seemed to be on but we couldn’t turn it off due to the radiator cover. This meant even with a couple of windows open through the night, the bedrooms were very warm with a continuous humming noise from the heating system.
I think taller, bigger customers might struggle with the size of shower cubicle but we both managed just fine.
I think for visitors and for the benefit of the flat owner, kitchen roll is a really handy item to keep in the kitchen incase of any spills etc… not that we did.
